THE HAVEN is accepting more amazing members to THE TRIBE! Thank you for your interest in starting your loc journey with us. This consultation form helps us better understand your hair, goals, and how we can best serve you. Please complete all sections honestly and thoroughly. Please check the eligibility requirements before filling out and submitting an application. Once your application has been sent in, please allow 5-7 business days for an EMAIL or TEXT to schedule a time for us to connect.
