Please complete and submit this form to begin the booking process. Within 48 hours, I will review your request and respond with a price quote and an estimated time for your tattoo. Once you approve and would like to move forward with the booking process I will send you a link where you can pay your deposit. Once deposit is paid, I’ll send you a list of available dates/times to choose from. Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a detailed information form that covers everything you need to know, including aftercare instructions, accepted forms of payment, the studio address, and what to expect the day of your tattoo.
