    (Drag Arena Season 5 is Produced in partnership with [Untitled] Productions, LLC - also known as "The Divas")

    Official Contestant Rules

    Please read this entire outline throughly.

    Eligibility

    > Contestants must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required.
    > Contestants must attend all scheduled rehearsals, performances, and related events in person.
    > Drag Arena and [Untitled] Productions, LLC are not responsible for transportation or accommodations.
    > Contestants unable to attend due to distance or travel issues must notify the production team in advance. Failure to attend required events may result in disqualification.

    Alcohol & Drug Policy
    > Contestants under 21 are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol at any Drag Arena event or activity.
    > Contestants 21+ may consume alcohol responsibly in accordance with venue rules and state laws.
    > Contestants are strongly discouraged from drinking before or during competition, as it can impair performance and professionalism.
    > Excessive drinking or appearing intoxicated will result in penalties or elimination. 

    > No drugs are allowed, including marijuana (weed), prescription misuse, or illegal substances.
    > Violations, including providing alcohol to underage contestants, will result in immediate elimination, termination from Drag Arena, and possible legal action.

    > Contestants must treat fellow contestants, staff, judges, audience members, and production personnel with respect and professionalism.

    > Harassment, discrimination, or bullying will not be tolerated.

    > Judges' critiques are constructive feedback and must be taken professionally.

    Performance & Participation
    > Contestants must be present, prepared, and on time for all rehearsals, shows, and promotional events.
    > Missing events without approval may result in penalties, point deductions, or disqualification.

    > Contestants must participate in all assigned challenges and categories.

    > By participating, contestants consent to use of their name, drag persona, image, voice, and performance in media.

    > Drag Arena, KARMA, and [Untitled] Productions, LLC retain the right to use contestant media indefinitely for marketing, promotion, and archival purposes.

    Safety & Liability

    > Contestants participate at their own risk.

    > Drag Arena, KARMA, and [Untitled] Productions, LLC are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage.

    > Contestants must comply with venue rules and safety instructions.

  • Compliance

    > Contestants must comply with local, state, and federal laws.

    > Drag Arena reserves the right to modify rules or schedules for safety or operational reasons.

    Disqualification

    > Contestants may be disqualified for alcohol/drug violations, unprofessional conduct, repeated absences, or backstage violations.

    > Disqualification may impact eligibility for future seasons.

    Friends & Family Access

    > Friends, family, and guests are not allowed backstage without authorization.

    > Sneaking in guests or demanding special treatment will result in penalties or disqualification.

    > Contestants must notify the production team in advance with a valid reason for absences.

    > Unjustified or uncommunicated absences may result in penalties or disqualification.

    Packing & Property

    > Contestants must pack belongings and vacate the venue by midnight after shows.

    > Drag Arena, KARMA, and The Divas are not responsible for lost or abandoned items.

    • Section 2: Photo & Media Submission

      - Must provide 5 promotional photos (1 headshot, 1 full body, 3 additional looks [Upload directly on the form] (These do not need to be professionally taken photos!)

    •  Section 3: Registration

      - No contestant fee this season! | Open Auditions - Contestants responsible for travel/accommodations.

      - Winner receives $2,000 cash ($1,000 on finale night, $1,000 at step-down), crown, sash, and professional photo shoot.

    • Section 5: Winner Expectations

      - Represent Drag Arena with professionalism.

      - Participate in shoots, appearances, and benefits.

      - Assist with future season planning and fundraising.


      Section 6: Indemnity

      - Contestants release Drag Arena, KARMA, and The Divas from liability for injuries, property damage, media usage, or misconduct claims.

      - Prizes $2,000+ require W-9.

      - Contestants responsible for taxes on all prizes.


      Acknowledgment of Partnership By signing, you acknowledge Drag Arena is co-produced with [Untitled] Productions Company, LLC (Also known as "The Divas")

       You grant rights to capture on photo and video and use likeness/images/performances indefinitely without compensation.
