Once finished using the picture above to size your nails, drop the pictures HERE⬆️, this goes for nails & toe nail sizing. Please be sure to have BRIGHT/GOOD LIGHTING & use a FLAT surface. It can be a coin of any kind.

Once your form is recieved I will contact you through Instagram DM or the contact information you provided above with the receipt that I've recieved your form, informing you of your full total and a screenshot letting you know I've recieved your deposit & that your nail set has been booked.
