    Please fill out ALL of the questions below to be eligible for a staff position within the Hockey PEI High Performance Program

  • Do you have High Performance 1 Coach Certification?*
  • Do you have NCCP Development 1 Coach Certification?*
  • Do you have The Shift Forward / Respect in Sport?*
  • Do you have a current Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Check) completed within last 3 years?*
  • Are you currently involved in any private hockey programs outside of your team? (e.g. Spring hockey programs, Skill Sessions, etc)*
  • Do you currently use any video software?*
  • Do you have a child potentially participating in the High Performance Program?*

  • Hockey Prince Edward Island's High-Performance Program is designed to attract the best players and coaches in PEI who come together with the goal of challenging themselves to become better in a High-Performance environment. Coaches and staff are expected to be in attendance for all conference calls, meetings, camps, and events.
