• A deposit is required to ensure commitment.
• Rates are non-negotiable—they reflect my time, energy, and the experience. Negotiating is considered disrespectful.

• 3-hour minimum required for all FMTY appointments... Let's explore your city together.
• Travel expenses must be covered by client—this includes round-trip flight, hotel, and transportation if needed. Travel costs are separate from my standard rate.
• For privacy, I personally handle all travel arrangements to protect my personal information. 
• Flights must be arranged at least 1-2 weeks in advance.
• 50% Deposit of total rate are required to secure travel dates. 

Remaining consideration is appreciated in CASH.

For a smooth start to our time together, I kindly ask that the agreed amount be ready upon arrival so we can simply relax and enjoy the moment without interruptions.

Deposit Policy & Amount:

• Deposit must be sent immediately after submitting via CASH APP, VENMO, or PAYPAL.
• 1 Hour or 90 Mins: $200
  2 Hours or More: 50% of total rate
• Requests without a deposit will NOT be reviewed.

Cancellation:

• 48 hours notice is required for cancellations.
• Deposits are non-refundable. Unless I must cancel under rare circumstances. 
• No Call/No Show: $200 fee required to reschedule or book in the future.
