Enfield Food Shelf Weekly Grocery Distribution Survey

As we see the need in the community grow, we want to be sure our weekly distributions are accessible for as many Enfield individuals/families as possible. We are asking our partner agencies to help us reach those individuals not utilizing our services. This short survey will help us understand how we can sustainably modify distributions to meet the current needs of the community within our capabilities.
This survey is intended for individuals who are not currently attending weekly grocery distributions.
