Suspension Terms and Conditions
- Direct debit and 12-month upfront memberships may be suspended for 2–8 weeks at a time.
- Medical suspensions require a medical certificate (minimum 5 days, maximum 3 months).
- Suspensions are not backdated except for medical reasons.
