REGISTRATION & RESERVATION POLICY

• Any Post in arrears for any financial obligations to District, Department, and National for fees and dues, failure to have the office of Quartermaster properly bonded, submit properly completed quarterly Trustees Report of Audit, Post Election Report for the ensuring year, or other obligations, will not be eligible to vote but may still attend the conference.
• This form accommodates up to 1 VFW Member and 1 Auxiliary Member for a total of TWO Convention registrations. Use additional forms for additional Convention registrations. Post and/or Auxiliary members may register additional guests for the Banquet meal by selecting the appropriate quantity number.
• Cut-off date for meal registrations is May 22, 2026.
• Registration and payment MUST reach Dept Headquarters by the May 22nd Deadline to avoid higher registration fee. No Refunds.
• Late meal reservations, if accepted, are subject to $5.00 surcharge per meal
