Cancellation Policy

More than 72 hours’ notice: A full refund will be provided.
Less than 72 hours’ notice: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued. 

Confirmation of Numbers

Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled party date and time.

The confirmed number will be considered final and will be used for all party arrangements.

Supervision Requirements

To ensure the safety of all children, a minimum supervision ratio of one adult for every two children is required.

• This ratio includes all children present, even if they are not participating in the party activities.
• Children remain the responsibility of their supervising adult at all times.
• Adults must not leave children unattended or under the supervision of another minor.

Nut-Free Environment

Our party area is a strict nut-free zone to protect children with severe allergies.

Parents and guardians are responsible for checking all ingredient labels before bringing food into the party area.

Products containing nuts must not be brought into the space. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Peanuts or tree nuts
• Nut butters or nut-based spreads
• Foods containing nuts or nut derivatives

Managing Medical Conditions

The Centre does not collect or hold medical information relating to children attending private birthday parties.

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for their child’s health, safety, and any medical needs during the event.

Party Invitations

We recommend that party invitations are not sent until your booking has been confirmed by an LLC staff member, as all bookings are subject to availability.

Emergency Procedures

In the event that the facility needs to be evacuated, Centre staff will provide instructions to leave the building.

All guests must follow staff directions immediately to ensure everyone’s safety.

Arrival and Party Duration

Access to the party area will be available at the scheduled booking time.

Please ensure that all guests arrive and depart within your allocated booking period to allow staff time to prepare the space for the next party.

Early access or extended time cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

Decorations

You are welcome to bring your own decorations to personalise your party.

However:

• Decorations must not be taped, pinned, or fixed to walls, windows, or ceilings.
• Confetti, glitter, and similar decorations are not permitted as they are difficult to clean and may create safety hazards.
• All decorations must be removed at the end of the party.

Food and Drinks

You are welcome to bring your own food and birthday cake for your party.

All food brought into the venue must comply with the nut-free policy outlined above.

Please ensure that all food is cleared from the party area at the end of the booking.

Damage to Facility or Equipment

The person making the booking is responsible for any damage caused to the facility, equipment, or furnishings by party guests.

Any repair or replacement costs may be charged to the booking holder.

Cleaning and Departure

We ask that the party area is left tidy at the end of your booking.

Please ensure that:

• All personal belongings are removed
• Rubbish is placed in the bins provided
• Decorations are taken down
• Centre staff will undertake the general cleaning of the space.

Late Departures

Parties that extend beyond the allocated booking time may incur additional charges, as this impacts other scheduled bookings.

Staff Direction and Safety

Centre staff are responsible for the safe operation of the facility.

All guests are expected to follow staff instructions and venue rules at all times.
