    This form may not be submitted prior to 10am on Saturday, June 20 (submissions received earlier than 10am will not be accepted). Beginning AT 10am on June 20, you may submit the form below to register your child for Aladdin KIDS at TAP! If the session is full you will receive a message letting you know. In that case, please email us at theatreacademyproductions@gmail.com to place your child on the wait list. We typically end up taking a handful of children from the waitlist, so highly recommend securing a place on the waitlist in the event that you don't initially receive a spot in the session.   • REGISTRATION CONTRACT AND PAYMENT
    By signing and submitting this registration form, you agree that this student is available for all rehearsal and performance dates between August 28 and December 5. Submitting this form indicates to the production team that the student IS AVAILABLE AND WILL BE PRESENT for all mandatory rehearsals/performances, and will miss NO MORE THAN 2 rehearsals.

    Once you have submitted this form and secured a spot in this performance session, you will be sent a link to complete the registration and submit payment via our Jumbula platform. Jumbula is where you will make payments for this performance session. The cost for this performance session is $600. Your Jumbula registration and initial non-refundable deposit of $200 will be due within 48 hours of receiving the email securing your child's spot in this session.
