Residents are required to provide at least sixty (60) days’ notice as outlined in their Lease Agreement. Submission of this Notice to Vacate Intent Form establishes the resident’s initial notice date. If the resident elects to proceed with move-out after the retention review process, the Company will honor the date this Intent Form was received as the official notice date for calculating the required notice period.
