    Welcome to the first-ever Fall Market Days! Get ready for a day of shopping, food, and fall fun! Browse unique handmade products, seasonal décor, delicious eats, one-of-a-kind gifts, and so much more from talented local makers. Gather your friends and family, enjoy the cozy fall atmosphere, and join us as we launch what we hope will become a beloved annual tradition in our community. 🍂🛍️

    Event Details

    • Date: Saturday, October 10th, 2026
    • Location: The Fennel 315 N. Clark St. Moberly, MO 
    • Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Vendor Setup: Begins at 7:00 AM on October 10th 


    Please read the entire application carefully before submitting. 

  • Event Overview & Key Requirements

    • Booths must remain within assigned spaces
    • Vendors must provide all equipment, including tents and displays.
    • Vendors are responsible for their own trash and proper disposal.
    • Electricity is not provided. Quiet generators (60 decibels or less) only.
    • Event is held outdoors at The Fennel and will take place rain or shine. Tents are recommended.
    • Setup times and location assignments will be provided by September 1, 2026.
    • Late arrivals may not be permitted to unload inside The Fennel


    Vendor Eligibility & Application Process

    • Direct sales vendors are not permitted.
    • All applications are reviewed upon submission. Any unapproved vendor or product may be removed.
    • Applications must include 2–3 product photos to be considered.
    • Product duplication is limited.
    • Please allow up to one week for application review. Vendors will be notified by email.
    • Do not submit payment until your application has been approved.
    • No refunds will be issued after approval, including vendor cancellations.


    Taxes & Compliance

    • Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting Missouri sales tax.
    • Vendors must comply with all City of Moberly and Randolph County licensing requirements.

  • Types of Vendors: 

    • Goods/Snacks: Sells non-food retail items such as handmade products, crafts, artwork, clothing, home décor, accessories, and other merchandise, along with pre-packaged or simple, ready-to-eat snack items that require little to no preparation on-site.
    • Food: prepares and sells full food items or meals on-site.

  • Payment Instructions

    Payment is due by August 21 ONLY after your application has been approved. Please do not submit payment until your application has been approved.

    Accepted forms of payment: Credit card (via Square invoice), cash or venmo.
