Weekly drills are held on Thursday nights starting at 7pm and usually end around 9pm. Are you able to make most Thursday night drills?
In-district volunteers live within the Scio Fire District's response area. Out-of-District Volunteers live outside the Scio Fire District's response area. We require our Out-of-District Volunteers to volunteer 36 hours per month. This can take many forms (pulling weekly shifts, sleeping overnight at the fire station, attending weekly drills, etc.). If you are applying to be an Out-of-District Volunteer, will your schedule allow you to volunteer 36 hours per month?
