Custom Cake Order Form

• My response time is 2-3 days after the form is submitted. I will send a quote via email with my pickup address.
• A 6% sales tax fee is applied to the order total.
• I do not copy other people's work. I will add my own design/style to your cake based on my skillset.
• In order to confirm your order, you must pay a 50% deposit, which will be taken from the order total. Once this deposit is made, your booking is secured. The remaining 50% is due 3 days prior to the order date.
• Return policy: 50% deposit is refundable if the order is cancelled 1 week or more in advance.
• Cakes stay fresh in the fridge for up to 4 days after pickup.
