TERMS OF SERVICE
Props are available for daily rent or the entirety of an event depending on availablity.
Our Rupiah (IDR) prices only applies for Southeast Asian tenants. If you are from outside SEA, please refer to our USD prices (for those who comes from countries with weaker currency please contact us so we can discuss some middle ground!)
Props can not be picked up the day before, nor can it be returned the day after.
Prices tagged are for one item per day. Please double the amount of total for two-days rent.
Prices tagged includes transport into the venue.
Customer can pick-up their props on our booth or have it delivered to theirs.
All payment need to be done upfront.
Customer will have to pay for repair/replacement cost for any damages done to the props (described below), separate from the paid amount for rent. Aside from lost items, here are the things we consider damages for each props:
Metal Grid + Connector:lost and/or broken connector. chipped grid, broken grid. unremovable soils (tape residue.ink.etc).
Tablecloth: rip, holes,or any changes made onto the tablecloth. uncemovable soils (tape residue. ink. etc).
3-tier Standing Display Rack.lost parts.chipped/broken wood. uncemovable soils (tape residue, ink. etc).
U-shaped Display Rack:chipped/broken wood.unremovable soils (tape residue.ink.etc)
Corkboard: any hole bigger than a pin puncture.chipped boards and/ or frame. unremovable soils (tape residue, ink, etc).
Repair/replacement cost is twice the rent paid for every item that's damaged.
