  • COMPLIMENTARY MARKETPLACE SPACE

    For individuals selling personal, secondhand, household, garage-sale or similar items.

  • Your sponsorship includes a complimentary Community Sale space with two adjoining standard parking spaces.

    You may choose either setup:

    • Keep your vehicle with you: Park in one of your assigned spaces and use the second space for your sale.
    • Full selling area: Unload your items, move your vehicle to designated seller parking, and use both spaces for your sale setup.

    Tables, clothing racks and other displays must remain completely within your assigned two space area.

    Your space may be used for:

    • Vehicle + booth/display space
    • Two full booth/display spaces if you move your vehicle to designated parking
    • Canopy, tables, racks and merchandise

    Please note:

    • All vehicles, tents, displays and merchandise must remain within your assigned area.
    • Canopies may not exceed 10' × 10' and must be properly secured.
    • Electricity is not available.

  • COMPLIMENTARY FOOD TRUCK / FOOD VENDOR SPACE

    For food trucks, trailers and food vendors selling prepared food, drinks or treats.

  • Your sponsorship includes a complimentary food vendor space assigned based on your setup.

    Please note:

    • Electricity is not available.
    • Food vendors must provide their own power, if needed.
    • All equipment and operations must remain within the assigned area.
    • Vendors are responsible for all required permits, licenses and food-safety requirements.

  • MARKETPLACE RULES & GUIDELINES

    Please review the following guidelines before submitting your registration or application.

  • These guidelines are in place to help The Big Green Marketplace run safely and smoothly for our sellers, vendors, food trucks and shoppers. By submitting your registration or application, you agree to follow all event guidelines.

    We appreciate your support! 💚

    SPACES & SETUP

    • No overnight setup. The event site is not secured overnight. All setup must take place the morning of the event beginning at 6:30 AM.
    • Community Sale Sellers and Vendors must remain within their assigned space.
    • Vehicles may remain in an assigned space or be moved to designated parking after unloading. Vehicles may only be relocated before the event opens.
    • Tables, racks, displays, merchandise and equipment must remain completely within the assigned area.
    • Canopies may not exceed 10' × 10' and must be properly secured.
    • Electricity is not available.
    • Sellers and vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, canopies and equipment.
    • Food trucks and food vendors must provide their own power, if needed.
    • Spaces are assigned by event organizers and may not be changed without approval.
    • Setup begins at 6:30AM. All participants should be ready for shoppers by 8:00 AM.

    MERCHANDISE & SALES

    • Participants may only sell or promote the types of items disclosed during registration or application.
    • Vendor and food categories may be limited to provide a variety of options for shoppers.
    • Each seller or vendor is responsible for their own transactions, payment methods and any applicable sales taxes.
    • All required permits, licenses and insurance are the responsibility of the seller or vendor.
    • Food vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable food safety and permitting requirements.

    PROHIBITED ITEMS

    The following may not be sold, displayed or distributed:

    • Firearms or ammunition
    • Weapons or items intended for use as weapons
    • Alcohol
    • Tobacco, nicotine or vape products
    • Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
    • Pornographic or sexually explicit merchandise
    • Counterfeit or stolen merchandise
    • Hazardous materials
    • Live animals
    • Illegal merchandise
    • Any item deemed inappropriate for a family-friendly community event
    • Event organizers reserve the right to require the removal of any item that does not comply with these guidelines.

    CONDUCT & SAFETY

    • The Big Green Marketplace is a family-friendly community event.
    • Participants must follow instructions from event staff regarding setup, parking, traffic and safety.
    • Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their own merchandise, money and equipment.
    • Children accompanying a seller or vendor must remain supervised.
    • Participants may not block driving lanes, walkways or neighboring spaces.
    • Disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.

    CLEANUP & DEPARTURE

    • Participants are responsible for leaving their assigned area clean.
    • All merchandise, displays, boxes, trash and unsold items must be removed at the end of the event.
    • Items may not be left behind or placed in the parking lot for disposal.
    • Participants should not begin packing up before the market ends at 2:00 PM, except with approval from event organizers.
    • Vehicle movement within the market area will be restricted while shoppers are present.

    WEATHER & REFUNDS

    • The Big Green Marketplace is an outdoor event and will be held weather permitting.
    • Registration fees are nonrefundable. All registration fees benefit the Big Green Marching Machine.
    • Event organizers reserve the right to delay, modify or cancel the event due to severe weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond their control. Registration fees will remain nonrefundable in the event of cancellation.

    RESPONSIBILITY

    • The Big Green Marketplace is organized by the Lobo Band Boosters and is not sponsored, operated or administered by Mobberly Baptist Church. Mobberly Baptist Church is serving as the event location only.
    • Participants are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, vehicles and personal property.
    • The Big Green Marketplace, Lobo Band Boosters, Longview ISD and Mobberly Baptist Church are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
    • Participants are responsible for any damage caused by their vehicle, equipment, canopy, merchandise or setup.
    • Event organizers reserve the right to deny participation, limit vendor categories, assign or relocate spaces, and remove participants or merchandise that do not comply with event guidelines.
