Minimum Qualifications and/or Experience:
- Actively enrolled in a graduate program at the time of application and able to commit to the role for approximately two calendar years (until the end of 2028).
- Excellent written/verbal communication; strong organization, project-management skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team, follow established processes, manage multiple priorities/deadlines, and handle confidential information appropriately.
- Comfort learning digital systems for project management, events, communications, and reporting
- Commitment to Students United’s mission and values.
Preferred Qualifications and/or Experience:
- Coursework or experience in political science, social science, public relations, education, student engagement, or other advocacy-related fields.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint), Asana, Canva.
- Knowledge of Students United, Minnesota State, or student-led advocacy organizations.
