- Upto £4,999 - Cost Centre Manager & Departmental Head
- £5,000 to £49,999 - Cost Centre Manager, Departmental Head & Executive approval
- £50,000 to £249,999 - Cost Centre Manager, Departmental Head & Executive approval
- Greater than £250,000 - Chief Operating Officer & Vice Chancellor
