Arrival Window

Cancellations

No-Shows

Stress and Behavior

If your pet becomes too stressed, panicked, dangerous, or aggressive at any point, we will immediately stop what we are doing and refer you to Synergy Behavior Solutions. Bites and Scratches

The pet owner will be held liable for any bites and scratches requiring medical attention. Bites and scratches requiring medical attention will be reported to local authorities, by doctors, as required by law. Please type your initials to acknowledge and agree to this policy.*

Property Damage

Parasites

Matting

Returned Checks

Late Payment
