This is an added money jackpot rodeo with $15 per entry going into the jackpot. There are also day all-around payouts! The day all-around will be figured on points not moneys won. We will follow Little Britches rulebook for all events and the Junior High School rule book for JR boy chute dogging. Tiny tots will tie down in goats

Each of the undersigned has carefully read this consent, release, acknowledgement of risk, waiver of liability and indemnity agreement, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made. We understand this document is a release of all claims, including claims of negligence, related to participation in the AVF Youth Rodeo events. We are aware that we are giving up legal rights that may exist. We understand that we assume all risk inherent in AVF Youth rodeo activities. We voluntarily sign our names evidencing our acceptance of the above provisions.

This Release, Acknowledgement of Risk, Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of Colorado and exclusive venue for any dispute arising hereunder shall be the courts of Otero County, Colorado.

WARNING: Under Colorado Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to section 13-20119 Colorado Revised Statutes

In the event of the signature of only one parent or guardian, such parent or guardian has the authority to bind both parents and guardians with his/her signature.
