CardConnect Credit Card Swiper Order Form
This order form prompts GiveSmart to place an order for a CardConnect-enabled Magtek iDynamo 5 Gen II credit card swiper. This model is the ONLY credit card reader that is compatible for use with GiveSmart Events and GiveSmart Fundraise. And only swipers sourced through CardConnect are uniquely coded to work with your CardConnect merchant account.

Special Note: The GiveSmart platform allows guests to add a credit card to their account without swiping. Admins can send a preset text message to prompt guests to add a card on file before or during a fundraising campaign. GiveSmart encourages the use of this contactless process.
Device Compatibility
Magtek iDynamo 5 Gen II swipers are only compatible with Apple iOS devices (iPhones and iPads) equipped with a Lightning port (featured in swiper image above). Adapters that convert another type of port (such as USB-C) to Lightning are not supported.
In order to utilize these swipers, you will need to download the GiveSmart mobile application onto the Apple iOS device. Pricing & Payment
$155.00 per swiper
All purchases are non-refundable.
The total amount will be debited through your organization's GiveSmart merchant account at the end of the month after the swipers are ordered. State and/or local sales tax may apply based on the delivery address, with no exceptions.
You are responsible for fully testing your swipers upon receipt. If you experience a problem with a swiper, reach out to your GiveSmart CSM immediately for assistance. Swipers may be eligible for replacement only within 30 days of receipt if determined to be defective by CardConnect.
Delivery
Please note that swiper orders are placed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and will typically arrive 7-10 business days after the order has been placed, however this is an estimate and we make no guarantees regarding arrival dates. (EX. An order received on Friday will not be submitted until Monday)
You will receive an email notification to the 'Ship To Attention Email' with the tracking information when your package(s) have shipped. All orders are shipped via FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery.
Special Note: Credit Card Swipers should be purchased as far in advance of intended usage as possible to ensure you account for shipping time and any carrier delays, as well as give your organization a chance to familiarize themselves and troubleshoot any issue(s) before the date of intended use. We typically recommend no later than 4-8 weeks prior to usage. Buyer assumes all risk for orders placed later than our recommended timeframe. As a friendly reminder, GiveSmart does not sell or ship swipers and is not involved in order processing or carrier services.
