Thank you for choosing to live with us on campus! The Office of Residence Life & Services is eager to serve and engage you. Living on campus is a great way to enhance your experience at WVSU.

Please complete the following application in its entirety. Assignments are based on availability of space during the summer sessions.

All of our residence halls include the cost of electricity, water, trash service, cable, and Internet services (Wi-Fi and Ethernet). Each residence hall unit is furnished with furniture and twin-sized (long) beds. Assignments are based on availability of space during the summer sessions. Meal Plan Selection
Students residing on campus in the residence halls must have a meal plan. For the Summer there is only 1 meal plan and it is billed on a weekly basis.

$ 190 Per Week - The Standard Summer Meal Plan. Enjoy up to 19 meals offered in the dining hall, Monday - Sunday.
- Yellow Jacket Dollars – Yellow Jacket dollars can be purchased in addition to one of the meal plans listed above. Yellow Jacket dollars give students access to all WVSU dining facilities. An account can be opened with a minimum of $159.00

Parent’s or Legal Guardian’s Signature (if student is under 18 on signing date*) Date *When a contract is submitted by a student less than 18 years of age on the day the contract is dated, and the parent/guardian signature is not included, Residence Life & Services will hold the contract for 14 days. If parent/guardian verification is not received in our office by that date, the original contract may be canceled, nullifying the student’s priority room selection status. The Residence Life & Services contract fee will be forfeited. Failure to submit a parent/legal guardian signature or reactivate the contract process does not exempt the student from the University Residency Requirement.
