Elders in extension ministry appointments shall establish membership in a charge conference in their home annual conference (344.3a). What is your charge conference church?
Elders who serve outside the geographical bounds of their home are expected to be affiliate members without vote in a charge conference either within the district where they carry on the primary work of their appointment or within the district where they reside (344.3b).
