Preparing Future Faculty Program
Core Competency Form
The GSAS Preparing Future Faculty (PFF) program is organized around six Core Competencies, each with its own set of learning objectives. Taken together, these competencies prepare GSAS students to be passionate and professional, mission-oriented 21st century educators. PFF was developed and piloted by GSAS students and the core competencies it requires reflect student needs both in the classroom and on the academic job market. Since PFF is module-based, participants have flexibility in choosing how and when they complete the program.
This form is designed to the be filled out and submitted after completing each module.
