You understand and agree that 40 Days for Life has the exclusive authority to approve and/or remove leaders at its sole discretion for any reason that it sees fit. We understand that some such decisions may not be agreed to by the individuals concerned. Nevertheless, you agree to abide by 40 Days for Life's decisions without objection. Once a leader is approved s/he agrees to use all 40 Days for Life information, materials, names and data of all kinds ("information") only for vigil purposes and only through official, approved 40 Days for Life channels. In the rare instance that a leader is removed, that leader hereby agrees, in advance, to return all such information immediately, destroy all copies and cease to use/access such information; and further agrees to cease all leader activity.
