Sierra's Tattoo Request Form

Thank you for your interest in working with Sierra.

Fill out this form to work with Sierra on a new project or to continue a multi-session tattoo.

If you are a returning client with an unfinished multi-session tattoo or if your new tattoo concept is approved, you will recieve instructions on how to book your consultation and/or tattoo appointment via email about 7-14 days after submitting this form.

SIERRA'S TATTOO PRICING & SCHEDULING:

Sierra prioritizes large-scale tattoo work, and offers half or full session options (booked on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday):

Half Sessions are $700 and full Sessions are $1100.

For other tattoos, those that take less than 3 hours to do, are generally priced by the piece- meaning your choices of placement, size, and level of detail will determine the price. These rates are roughly based on an hourly rate of $200/hour and booked on Wednesday or Thursday.

Sierra's minimum price for an appointment is $250.

Every appointment booked (including multiple session pieces) requires a non-refundable deposit.

How this form works:

Please be sure to read each prompt thoroughly and answer questions with detail to ensure Sierra fully understands your concept and can move forward with booking without needing to follow-up with you beforehand.

Check out Sierra’s portfolio on her website or Instagram (@witchinghourink) to ensure your concept is a good fit for her tattoo style and interests.

After filling out your form, you can expect to hear back via email with instructions on how to book your session, if your concept has been approved. Please note that Sierra may not accept your request if the style of your concept does not fit hers, or if your schedules are incompatible.

TOUCH UPS AND MULTI-SESSION PROJECTS

Sierra's touch up policy states that the first touch up session is complementary, but must be redeemed within 6 months of the original appointment date. It is recommended to wait 4-6 weeks after the tattoo is freshly done to ensure your tattoo has had enough time to heal before touching it up.

Continuations of ongoing projects also must have a minimum of 4 weeks after the previous session to heal before adding onto your tattoo. Please make sure you have waited the appropriate period before reaching out for touch ups or continuations.

REFERENCE PHOTOS

Here, you can include any relevant reference photos to better explain your concept. At least two references are required, one must be of a tattoo and the other of the subject matter of your design. You can upload up to 5 photos if necessary, but it is easier to understand a concept if you have consolidated your references and narrowed down to fewer photos.

Please include a caption underneath each upload that explains what exactly you’re looking to take inspiration from with each picture. What details do you like about each photo? Which photo is your favorite? Note things like tattoo style, shading style, color palette, line weight, etc.

Please do not send AI reference photos. Sierra would prefer that if you cannot find the best photos to explain your idea without using AI to have you sketch out your concept by hand. The sketch does not have to be professional (that’s what we’re here for!), but helps her visualize the placement of elements in your composition easier.

Make sure that you upload the highest quality photo possible and to format images in either .jpeg, .png, and .pdf only. You cannot upload videos, links or documents here.

For a touch up or in progress/ multi-sessions tattoos include images of the current progress of your tattoo.
