Lifestyle Transformation Experience 2025 Riviera Maya Travel Registration Form

Welcome to the Lifestyle Transformation Experience 2025!

This year we are taking it international and heading to Riviera Maya, Mexico at the Haven Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa.

The travel dates are Thursday, March 13, 2025 - Sunday, March 16, 2025.

Your travel accommodations can be booked through our Travel Advisor Raquel Obumba. Please contact her at raquel@gatewaytovacay.com or at (210) 286-4808.

Travel Accomodations include the following:
- Round-Trip Airfare
- Your stay at the resort
- All-Inclusive benefits (all food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)).
- Round-Trip Transfers from the airport to the resort
TRIP COST

Total Trip Cost - $1,999* ($1,500* for travel, $499 for Lifestyle Transformation Experience 2025 Event/Activities). The $499 LTE 25 fee will cover all of your costs associated with the Lifestyle Transformation Experiende 2025 including but not limited to: Entry to all events (Private Welcome/Meet & Greet, LTE 25/Lifestyle Party, Private Group Breakfast, and more!), Welcome Gift Bags, etc.

Travel deposit - $200 per person

LTE 25 Event Deposit - $49 (Must be paid seperately and can be paid by submitting payment information at the bottom of this form. Once payment is successfully processed the event travel agent will contact you directly by phone to make your travel arrangements. The $200 travel deposit will be due at the time of booking. Travel deposit CANNOT be paid until LTE event deposit is paid.)

After the $49 deposit your remaining balance for the Lifestyle Transformation Experience 2025 4-day event is $450 which can be broken up into 6 equal monthly payments of $75. This is optional but highly recommend to ensure that it is paid in full by January 27, 2025 (45 days prior to event).
