Release and Hold Harmless Agreement/Liability

I understand that my participation and/or involvement in volunteering for Chicagoland Bully Breed Rescue (CBBR) carries with it the potential for certain risks, some of which may or may not be reasonably foreseeable.

I further acknowledge that these risks could cause me, or others around me, harm, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, injury to my pet, damage to property, emotional distress, death etc.

I understand that if I bring someone with me to volunteer, he/she must also complete this form and he/she liable for themselves.

By submitting this form I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Chicagoland Bully Breed Rescue (CBBR) as well as their employees, agents, representatives, successors, volunteers, etc. from all losses, claims, theft, demands, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of my participation in volunteering.

I hereby authorize Chicagoland Bully Breed Rescue (CBBR) to publish any photographs or videos that may include me or that I took while volunteering for the Chicagoland Bully Breed Rescue (CBBR) website and/or social media.
