Job Description for Group Leaders
1.Meeting the sales revenue targets consistently.
2.Responsible for generating sales leads, qualifying new corporate prospects, and developing new corporate customers.
3.Identification of attractive business opportunities.
4.Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
5.Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
6.Maintaining the contact with all corporate clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
7.Giving presentations to corporate clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
1.Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills.
2.Min. 2 yrs experience of Direct sales (Ideal will be Team Handling)
3.Ability to take up challenges amd should be having go-getter attitude.
