  • When you move in, our Facilities Team will meet you on arrival to visit your new office and carry out a move in check during which you will receive the keys and fobs for your office. Please confirm below the time on your move in day you would like to eet with the Facilities Team.

  • The lease holder must be a company director if a Ltd company. In the case of a Sole Trader / Partnership Business, the lease holder will be the owner(s). In the case of a Partnership, please ennter details of all partners

  • Second company name

  • You may receive post for up to two businesses or trading names with your mailbox, however please note:

    • If a trading name, this must be a trading name of the lease holding business
    • If a business name, the lease holder must be the owner or a named director.

    Where the above criteria is not met, a Virtual Office Post package would be required (£25.00 per month) for the receipt of mail.

  • Signage

    A sign displaying the lease holding business will be provided in the main reception,the reception of the building your office is in and on your door.
  • Additional reception signage may be ordered for any additional businesses named on your mailbox at a cost of £15.00 + VAT each. To order additional  signage please complete the section below. If the Additional business is a Ltd business then it is a requirement that signage is displayed withing a public area at any registeres, correspondence and trading address of the business.

  • Preferred office contact

    If as lease holder you are not based on site, or would like to nominate a preferred contact, please enter their details below
  • The prefered contact will receive all communications from The Media Centre with regard to the maintenance, health and safety and events. We will also accept instruction from the preferred contact to authorise security information or the addition of buerau services.

    Please note: With regards to the office lease all information will be directed to the lease holder and will not be discussed with any other person unless written permission is received.

    Your invoice will be issued monthly, please confirm below how you would like to receive your invoice
  • Security & access

    Please complete the boxes below to confirm the names of people using your office and their key and fob requirements. A deposit of £15.00 per key and fob will be added to your invoice when collected from reception. Please note that a lift key is only applicable if your office is on the second floor of the Northumberland Street Building
