1. I confirm and acknowledge that the above yacht is adequately insured for Third Party claims.
2. I agree to be bound by the Rules of the Event
3. I accept that the safety of the above yacht and her crew is my sole responsibility, and in
particular acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to decide whether to start or continue to
race, and I agree to indemnify any event sponsor, Glandore Harbour Yacht Club, their servants
and agents, against any claim arising out of my or their participation in the event.
4. I confirm that I am a current member of a yacht club and comply with ISA or other
National Authority Eligibility requirements.
