After you submit your entry payment is made via a separate secure page on the PayPal website. The RS Association incurrs a charge from PayPal for this service which has been added to the fees. Should you need to cancel within 60 days of submitting your entry you will receive a full refund. After 60 days refunds will be subject to PayPal fees.
