  • Events Production Scheduling Form - FAIRFAX CAMPUS

  • Events Production cannot schedule services until you receive written confirmation for the space from Events Management.  

    For Venue reservations please visit the Events Management website at http://events.gmu.edu and click on scheduling.

    There are fees associated with the hire of Events Production services. These fees are comprised both of an equipment rental and a labor charge. By submitting this form you understand that your organization will be billed for the services rendered. Submission of this request for service is not a confirmation.  Confirmation of services will be sent in the form of an estimate via email within 3 business days of your request.

    Events Production requires TEN BUSINESS DAYS notification prior to your event. Events Production will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there is no guarantee that we can fulfill every request
