All students, regardless of age, must have parental permission to watch someone's house. I have requested parental/guardian permission for this pass (permission may be sent via e-mail to rough@fairhavenbaptist.org)

Rules: 1. The student must be in the house by 11:00 p.m. unless at work. 2. The dress standard is the same as the dorm. 3. The student cannot watch television and/or rent/watch DVDs. 4. A pass from the dorm supervisor is necessary to go places other than work, ministries, and the house being watched. 5. All related college rules apply as according to the student handbook. 6. There are to be no monetary agreements between the student and the homeowner. 7. When college ladies are housesitting off-campus there must be two college ladies present . Please check yes if you have read and fully understand all the rules.
