NEW FOR 2013: On-Ticket Advertising - We now offer promoters the ability to customize a 4" wide x 5" high space on all Print-At-Home tickets purchased by patrons. This space can be used to sell advertising to sponsors of your performance, or to promote other events presented by your organization. Please note that the promoter is exclusively responsible for providing a print ready graphic in the specified size in .JPEG format. We can design the graphic (if the content is provided) for a fee of $100.00. A disclaimer reading, "The content in the area above is provided by the presenter of this event. Please note that this content is not endorsed by Gadsden State Community College." The disclaimer is listed in a small box in a small font beneath your content.
Complimentary Tickets - The lessee pays $0.40 for each comp ticket requested. Maximum of 50 comps per event. Gadsden State Community College reserves the right to use, at its discretion ten (10) complimentary tickets per event in seating locations to be determined by the center. If unused, these will be added back to the ticket pool. These tickets may be used for any purpose by the center.
Box Office Hours - The Box Office will open one hour before an event begins and close thirty minutes after the event has begun. This time can be extended as desired. Fee: $25 per hour.
Usher Staff - For any event using a reserved seating format, usher staff is required. Fee: $150 for three hours ($50 an hour thereafter). Usher staff is responsible for passing out programs, directing patrons to their seat, and providing information about the venue and event.
Use this form to set up the ticket text on tickets printed at the Box Office and by patrons at home. Subject to approval. Other information such as date/time, admission cost, and venue information appear automatically.
*Facility Renewal Fees (paid by the patron) assessed on discount tickets will be the same as the fee paid on a regular priced ticket within the same seating section or price scale.
*Note that discounts may not apply to purchases made at the Hardin Center for Cultural Arts unless a whole dollar discount is applied. All percent off discounts are in effect, ONLINE ONLY.
Part of Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center's mission is to make the performing and visual arts accessible to every member of our community. For 2011-2012 we're launching our new Arts Access Ticket Project to distribute up to ten free tickets per performance to local non-profit organizations working with disadvantaged youth. Gadsden State has partnered with several legitimate local organizations to ensure that tickets will be used appropriately and ethically. There is no cost to participate and the names of the ticket recipients remain confidential. By partnering with us to provide these free tickets, your organization will be listed on our website as a supporter of the project.
If this event is running more than once, you may list the number of tickets to donate per performance. For example: 5 tickets each to 6 performances.
I, the LESSEE accept the Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center Ticketing and Box Office Policies & Regulations, service fees and procedures. I authorize Gadsden State Community College to sell this event using the information supplied in this agreement. I certify that the information I provided above is correct.

MINIMUM FACILITY FEE:
The Facility Renewal Fee assessed on each ticket is the sole funding source of the box office operation. A minimum Facility Renewal Fee of $200 will be assessed to each individual performance.
The maximum sell-out capacity of the venue is 1,205 persons. Ten (10) seats are held back for the mitigation of problems arising from ADA accessibility, blocked sightlines, and fire safety laws.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING:
I, the LESSEE understand that a fee of 4% + $0.30/transaction will be assessed on all credit card purchases made for the event to cover gateway and merchant account fees. This fee will be deducted from gross sales during settlement.
The Gadsden Cultural Arts Foundation will pay out net ticket revenues owed to the Lessee (minus any credit card processing fees, service fees, and facility renewal fees) within ten (10) business days following the event.
By my using the e-signature feature of this online application, I represent and warrant without reservation that I have the legal right, power, and authority to agree to all terms contained in the electronic records of this online application on behalf of myself (or on behalf of the individual on whose behalf I am acting, if different).
