The submission of this form indicates you have received a copy of the student handbook, you have read the handbook, you understand and agree with the handbook, and you understand that the student handbook is always located online at www.worldhopeacademy.org for your viewing. Student and parent affirm that work submitted to WHA will be completed by the student without unfair help from any other person. This high school diploma program for students that failed the exit exam is for 4 courses to graduate with the 18 credit high school diploma and must have 14 transferable credits. If the student does not have the 14 credits then they can order per course. This program does not include shipping and student is responsible maintaining a current address at all times. World Hope Academy is not responsible for lost materials. A copy of this form will serve as original and the student and signer agree to the terms in this section. THERE IS NO REFUND AT WORLD HOPE ACADEMY. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES WILL BE HEARD IN MIAMI, FL UNDER AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION ARBITRATION GUIDELINES AS OUTLINED IN THE STUDENT HANDBOOK.
