Fall Conference Sponsorship/Exhibitor Application

Options

Reception Sponsor - $1,500
Sponsorship contributions received will be used to help fund one of the highlights of the conference, the Thursday evening reception. In addition to social networking opportunities, the reception features a cash bar and hors d’oeuvres with entertainment provided by dueling pianos. Reception sponsors will receive special recognition on the WASCD website and in the conference brochure as well as acknowledgment at the reception event.  This sponsorship is not designed to be exclusive, but could be considered for a single sponsor opportunity.  Contact WASCD for more details. 

Meal Sponsor - $1,000
Sponsorship contributions received will be used to help fund a breakfast or lunch at the event. Meal sponsors will receive recognition on the WASCD website and in the conference brochure. You will also have the opportunity to place literature or items with your company logo on the tables, and logo placement in the room. This sponsorship is not exclusive.

Exhibit Space  - $750
Includes 8 foot skirted table and two chairs in the foyer outside the main ballroom on Thursday, October 4 and Friday, October 5.  Recognition on the WASCD website and in the conference brochure is included. *Exhibitors are encouraged to donate items to be given as door prizes during the conference reception on Thursday, October 4. For many exhibitors this is a great way to get information about their product in the hands of educators. Exhibit Space participation is not exclusive.

Lanyards - $500
Your logo along with WASCD's logo on the lanyards given to all conference registrants. Also includes recognition on the WASCDwebsite and conference brochure . Exclusive Sponsorship.

Conference Giveaways - $300
You supply the giveaway items with your logo, WASCD will hand them out with the conference materials to all conference registrants. Also includes recognition on the WASCD website and conference brochure. This sponsorship is not exclusive.

In order to properly acknowledge your contribution in our printed materials, please submit your sponsorship form no later than July 30th, 2012.

Payment:  Full payment must be received with the completion of this form.

Cancellation Policies:  All cancellations must be made in writing to the exhibit manager.There is a $100 processing fee for cancellation. There are no refunds 21 days prior to or anytime after the program.

Security: Exhibitors are responsible for their own exhibit materials and should insure the exhibit against loss or damage.

Care of building: Exhibitors must not injure or deface the walls or floors of the building or the equipment provided by the venue.

***WASCD reserves the right to move or cancel programs due to low registration. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
