1. Must be 8 years of age and up

2. Must be current USAT Athlete Member ($35.00)

3. Must be Black Belt with Instructor recommendation

4. Ways to submit your demonstration video (Formats: MPEG-4, mov, m4v, flv, and others):

     • post on YouTube

     • go to CONTACT on this site; upload video in Large Mail Box (up to 2 Gigabites)

5. Submit ALL REQUIREMENTS a minimum of one (1) week prior to selection event

6. Most requirements can be submitted OnLine. Mail hard copy items to:
