CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of cancellation (minus a $75.00 processing fee) must be
requested 21 days prior to the first day of workshop
No discounts on late arrival or early departure from workshop
No refunds for missed workshop/classes.
If you are unable to attend the workshop, seats are transferable
upon approval or you may attend the next workshop.
Deposits are not refundable, except in the case that the workshop is
cancelled by Nana-Dictta the professional fine Artist.
Your registration fee will be applied towards a future workshop/class
within one year for workshop, or within four months for weekly
classes when available.
Workshop minimum enrollment varies per schedule.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
The below Participant, and/or the Parent/Legal Guardian of the participant(s) students/client enrolled, on behalf of himself or herself and all agents, employees, assignees, or executors;
Hereby agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless, the members of Naiktta Fine Art herein
referred as Nana-Dictta Graves, its agents and elected officers from any and all claims liability, such in any injuries, damages, or loss of any kind that might be sustained while participating in Nana-Dictta’s Eco-Friendly Fine Art workshops, or for any health condition, new or preexisting, that might develop or be affected or aggravated as a result of participation.
Whereas the event of circumstances beyond our control such as war, terrorist attacks, injury or death, natural disaster, therein force to cancel workshop, we will do our best to provide an alternative within the year.
Any balance continues the covenants herein after set forth.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of CA.
