  • Hello!  Congratulations on your engagement, and thanks for choosing Ella Paper to help with your stationery needs!  This form is for you to provide us with all of the details we need to create the perfect invitation right from the start.  If you are unsure about any of the answers, it's okay just leave it blank, or add notes in any of the comment sections.

    Timeline:  You should allow 1-2 weeks for the order from start to finish.

  • Please ensure that your email address is correct as this is where your proofs will be sent.  If you are not the bride, but will be handling the invitations please be sure to put your information instead so that we can contact and coordinate with the appropriate person.

  • Please review the font list below. You will need to choose 2 fonts. One for your names, and the other for the text of the invitation. (or vice versa depending on the style).  If you prefer to do it any other way, please make note of it in the "Special requests for text" section below.

  • If you are unsure about the wording of your text, no problem! We can do it for you! Just indicate (in the "who is hosting" field below) who you intend to have on the invitation. Brides Parents, Bride AND Grooms Parents, Bride and Groom only, etc...or if you have any special circumstances like divorced or deceased family members.

  • All of our invitations come with white or ivory smoothe envelopes.  We suggest ordering at least 5-10 extra envelopes just in case your are hand addressing or hiring a calligrapher.  If you are going to select digital calligraphy from Ella Paper, additional envelopes are not necessary.

  • Your wedding invitation is your guests first impression. We will coordinate your calligraphy to match your invitation set.  Selecting this option will free your hand from cramping because all you will have to do is stuff and send!  Our calligraphy service is such an affordable upgrade and well worth the addition.  Cost is $1.00 per envelope.

    Upon completion of this form and deposit, we will send an electronic proof via email in 2-3 business days.  Please take time to proof to be certain that all of your information is accurate.

    Each order contains 3 rounds of free proofs to get your invitations just as you'd like them.  Any edits after the 3rd proof will be $10.00 each and added to your final balance.  One edit is defined as "ONE message containing ALL edits for that round."  Please take time to read and share the proof with friends/loved ones before submitting.  This will ensure that you've had time to catch everything and gather your thoughts before sending.

  • Payment

    At this point, we have received your $50 deposit (thanks!).  This deposit will go towards your final balance. 

  • Materials + Print

    Once you have given approval of your suite, and final payment is received, please allow 1 week to process from the date of purchase. Be sure to contact me with an appropriate amount of time to complete the process. *Rush orders can be taken with an additional fee when my schedule allows.  You can indicate below if you need a rush order.

  • Shipping

    We ship USPS Priority.  Ship time is 2-3 days.  All orders include tracking information. Overnight shipping must be at your request, for an additional fee.

  • Refunds + Exchanges

    Due to the nature of the business, personalized stationery cannot be refunded or exchanged. If there is a mistake on our end, we will replace your order free of charge. It is your responsibility to ensure that all text, grammar, dates and names are all correct.

  • Most importantly, once payment is made, NO CHANGES can be made to the product as it will immediately go to print.

  • RUSH

  • Please check the box if you need to do a rush order.  Rush orders are guaranteed to ship within 5 business days from the time of final payment.  There is a $100.00 rush fee for all orders.

    Your digital proofs will also be turned around in 24 hours.

    Select this deposit if Ellas Paper is printing for you.  This deposit will go toward your final balance.

    This deposit is due before your proofs are created.  Once payment is received, your proof will be sent in 2-3 business days.  Any updates/changes thereafter are usually same/next business day.

    This deposit of $50 is non-refundable should you choose not to purchase from Ellas Paper.

    PRINTABLE FILE DEPOSIT

    Select this deposit if YOU are printing your own invitations.  This means you are only purchasing the print ready design from EP.  This deposit will go toward your final balance.  Ellas Paper does not provide any print materials other than the electronic files.

    This deposit is due before your proofs are created.  Once payment is received, your proof will be sent in 2-3 business days.  Any updates/changes thereafter are usually same/next business day.

    This deposit of $20 is non-refundable should you choose not to purchase from Ellas Paper.
