This agreement is between The Olive Branch Co. and the Buyer.
Please fill out the form on our Contact page with details of your order, then select the Custom Order option, and submit the form. Please submit this agreement as soon as you have submitted the Contact page form.
Custom Order Details
The Seller agrees to create a custom wreath as per the Buyer’s specifications, including but not limited to:
-Design style, colors, and materials requested
-Size and shape preferences
-Personalized embellishments (e.g., monograms, themed accents, etc.)
The Buyer acknowledges that slight variations may occur due to material availability and artistic interpretation. If specific materials become unavailable, the Seller will offer suitable alternatives.
Payment Terms
-A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement.
-Full payment must be completed before shipment or delivery.
-Custom orders are non-refundable, except in cases outlined in Returns & Adjustments.
Production Timeline & Delivery
Standard production time: 3 business days.
Rush Orders: Available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Shipping & Pickup: Confirmed upon order completion.
Delays: Any unforeseen disruptions (e.g., material shortages, carrier delays) will be promptly communicated.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Modifications: Allowed within 24 hours of order placement. After this timeframe, changes may require an additional fee.
Cancellations: Must be requested within 24 hours of payment. After production begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Returns & Adjustments
Returns are not accepted except under the following conditions:
-The wreath arrives damaged during shipping.
-The wreath does not match the agreed-upon specifications.
-If an issue arises, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. The Seller may offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund at their discretion.
Care & Maintenance Responsibility
The Seller is not responsible for:
-Normal wear and tear or exposure to harsh weather conditions.
-Variations in design due to the handcrafted nature.
-Improper storage, handling, or misuse after delivery.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If the Buyer has concerns, they should reach out to theolivebranch010625@gmail.com within 24 hours, and the Seller will work toward a fair resolution (e.g., adjustments, future order credits).
Agreement Acknowledgment
By placing a custom wreath order, the Buyer agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement. The Seller reserves the right to update policies as necessary.
