B2B believes child safety matters and a copy of our child protection policy will be on display at every B2B
event. We also have public liability insurance that may cover participants and guests in the event of injury.
However the responsibility for the safe keeping of all kit, clothing and personal effects is strictly down to
the participant and/or their adult carer. Under no circumstances will B2B be responsible for any loss or
damage to personal goods or property. All of our events are managed by qualified and experienced
personnel. We also have people qualified in First Aid on site at all our events. However, it is your
responsibility to ensure that you or the participant you may be signing on behalf of is medically fit and
able to take part in this event. Finally all children under 16 who are participating in this event should
be accompanied by an authorised adult supervisor i.e. a parent, guardian or carer. Participation in the
event may be at risk if children under 16 are not properly accompanied. The B2B Event Stewards are
present to ensure everyone is safe and can have fun and NOT to supervise individual participants or
non participants.
