    Stage 1: Paper Review (1 Week)
    Objective:

    • Select a research paper from our curated list and conduct a critical review.
    • Develop a detailed summary and analysis of the paper’s key findings, methodologies, and impact.

    Timeline:

    • Dedicate 1 week to thoroughly reviewing and analyzing the paper.
    • Submit your completed review by the end of the first week.

    Stage 2: Blog Post (2 Weeks)
    Objective:

    • Expand upon your paper review by creating a comprehensive blog post.
    • Translate complex ideas into accessible content, showcasing your understanding of the topic.

    Timeline:

    • Allocate 2 weeks to draft, refine, and finalize your blog post.
    • Submit the blog post by the end of the third week.

    Stage 3: Research Project (Remainder of the Program)
    Objective:

    • Undertake a significant research project, building on your earlier work or exploring a new topic of interest.
    • Produce a detailed research paper that highlights your findings, methodologies, and contributions to the field.

    • Use the remaining duration of the program to fully develop your research project.

    • Submit your research paper by the program's conclusion.

  • Commitments & Expectations

  • To ensure a successful and enriching experience in the 1001 Epochs Research Program, participants are expected to fulfill the following commitments:

    • Scrum Updates:
      Provide concise, daily progress updates to the team, fostering transparency and accountability throughout the program.
    • Webinar Presentations:
      Prepare and deliver presentations on relevant readings to the group, contributing to the collective knowledge and fostering an environment of shared learning.
    • Publication Contribution:
      Actively participate in the research, drafting, and revision processes of a blog.
    • Industrial-Level Project Engagement:
      Consistently engage in project work, contributing meaningfully to industrial-level tasks that mirror real-world challenges.
    • Four Months Duration:
      Commit to active participation in the program for a period of 4 months, ensuring full engagement and completion of all assigned tasks.
    • Clear Communication:
      Maintain respectful, consistent, and clear communication with all program participants and mentors, ensuring smooth collaboration and mutual understanding.

  • About The Application Process

  • Stage 1: Application Submission

    • Self-Assessment:
      Conduct a self-assessment of your skills and experience to ensure they align with the program's requirements, increasing your chances of success.


    Stage 2: Code Challenge & Personal Introduction

    • Code Challenge:
      Once accepted, you’ll receive a code challenge. Don’t worry—it’s designed to be straightforward and just a simple way for us to see your skills! Complete it by the deadline and submit it.
    • YouTube Unlisted Introduction:
      Along with your code submission, you are required to record a YouTube video (set to "unlisted") where you introduce yourself and provide a detailed explanation of your approach to the code challenge.


    Stage 3: Official Acceptance & Onboarding

    • Official Offer & Contract:
      Successful candidates will receive an official offer via email, along with a contract that outlines the terms of participation.
    • Onboarding Process:
      New participants will then work on the program, which includes three stages: a Paper Review during the first week, a Blog Post over the following two weeks, and a Research Project for the remainder of the program duration.
