Hollywood Stunts, LLC reserves the right to exclude any applicant who we feel is not suitable for such a physically demanding activity. Also, we reserve the right to cancel any training session that does not meet the minimum attendance requirements. I recognize that the stunts I will be trained in can be dangerous and accept the inherent risks associated with stunt training. I also understand that I am responsible for my own insurance. To participate in any of the classes offered at Hollywood Stunts, LLC you will be required to sign a waiver. Students under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or appointed legal guardian.
