    100 Club Family Emergency Response Funding Application

  • In an effort to assist our 100 Club families by alleviating funding needs, the Emergency Response Program provides up to $2,000 in monetary support to families of fallen heroes. Family Emergency Response may include: personal family needs; health or injury support; home needs; etc. Our goal is to provide our family members with the necessary tools to focus on their health and be at their best capacity.

    Applications should be submitted to Kaira Zaremba at kzaremba@100clubil.org along with a bill or receipt reflecting the requested amount. Applications will be reviewed monthly with submissions due by the last day of each month.
