I acknowledge that Glory Travel/ Travel Network has offered travel insurance for my vacation. I am declining travel protection at this time. I am aware of the cancellation penalties associated with my trip. I am assuming the financial responsibilities of the non-refundable penalties should I have to cancel or interrupt my travel.
