Date: February 18-20, 2010
Please complete one Meals Order per person. We will be using a check-off list at this tournament to be sure meal service is not discontinued before all competitors have been given a chance to receive his/her food.
Ordering Procedure: Meals ordering for this tournament is completed in two steps. The first step is filling out this entire form and the second step is mailing the appropriate payment (check made out to Lighthouse Speech and Debate Squad) along with a copy of the confirmation email you will receive after your order is received to Heart of the Ozarks Regional Qualifier, c/o Jerrie Hemingway, 3116 E. Rocklyn Rd., Springfield MO 65804. Both steps must be completed on the same day. You may write one check for registration fees and meals charges.
