Blogger Custom Order Form Thank you for choosing The Blog Cafe! Please fill out the form below to order the design items you'd like for your blog. You will receive a confirmation of your order within 24-48 hours. Upon confirmation, you will need to pay half the amount due to reserve your spot. If you would like to be moved to top of design list, you can pay an additional $75 along with your deposit and your design will begin within 24 hours (next business day). You will receive a reserve date plus a questionnaire to learn the details you design for you design.
