Buyer (Borrower) Loan Servicing Set Up
- The Texas Note Company, LLC charges a One-Time $75.00 set-up fee for Loan. Our monthly Loan Servicing charge is $30.00. We deduct our fee from the monthly payment. The fees can either be paid by the Borrower (Buyer) or by the Lender (Seller).
